Fee Earner/Solicitor - Preston - Permanent - £30k DOE - (2x Vacancies) We are pleased to be supporting this successful firm of Solicitors with a recruitment drive due to expansion in two of their key departments.
The two roles they are currently recruiting for would be based at their modern, corporate Head Office in Preston which offers free parking on site.
Employing 70 x staff across 2 sites, this is an exciting opportunity for Legal professionals to join a growing firm which offers some fantastic company benefits.
Our client is looking for Fee Earners to work in their Commercial Property and Private Client departments they are wanting to hear from candidates with 3 years Post Qualified Experience in either discipline of Law, as they need their new staff members to hit the ground running.
The role involves: Reporting to the relevant Head of Department and providing an efficient, effective and complete legal service ensuring client satisfaction at all times Day to day you will be responsible for managing your own case load from start to finish Dealing with clients via telephone/email/face to face Updating case notes on the SOS case management system Producing legal documentation Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the firms policies/procedures and achieving any billing targets set It is essential for this role that you are capable of managing your own case load from start to finish.
