Feature Partner Role: Catastrophic Injury Partner Feature Role Location : Cardiff The opportunity TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a leading Legal 500 law firm based in Cardiff who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Solicitor to join the leading catastrophic personal injury team in Cardiff.
This role involves managing high-value catastrophic injury cases covering both spinal and head injury cases.
Our client's Catastrophic Injury team is recognised as a top-tier Legal 500 firm, specialising in large-loss and catastrophic injury claims for a diverse client base.
The cases the firm handles include severe injuries such as brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, psychiatric injuries, and chronic pain. The firm work with a range of insurers, self-insured organisations, and third-party administrators, delivering high-quality, client-focused legal solutions.
To be considered for the role, our client requires a Solicitor with at least 6 years post post-qualification experience with catastrophic injury, strong client interaction and business development activities, experience in supervising a team, excellent negotiation and experience in managing complex claims.
