Our client, located in the Clacton-on-Sea area, is on the lookout for an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to join their busy workshop.

Duties & Responsibilities: Achieving and surpassing sales and profit margin targets Providing complete customer satisfaction by promoting and developing the awareness of customer care within the branch Managing, motivating, and developing staff to build a successful, effective team Maintaining a high standard of performance, personal presentation, and discipline within the branch Ensuring the security of property, stock, and cash at all times Ensuring branch personnel comply with all aspects of Health and Safety law in line with company policy Ensuring quality controls are carried out Ensuring the highest standard of branch presentation is maintained Assisting in fitting as and when required Your Background & Skill: Proven people management skills and/or supervisory experience Fast Fit/Tyre Fitting/Mechanic experience is essential Comfortable working under pressure and to tight timescales Strong communication skills Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines For further details on this role, please submit your CV to Adam Curtis of ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy.
