Salary: Up to £52k (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 30 hours per week

The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Family/Systemic Therapist with CAMHS experience to join our team.
This role will involve working within our Child and Adolescent Inpatient Eating Disorder Services , collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions for young people and their families referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

As part of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of evidence-based therapeutic services while helping improve outcomes for young people facing complex mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based systemic therapy for children and adolescents with eating disorders and their families.
Provide assessments, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support within the CAMHS framework.
Work in line with regulatory standards set by CQC , QNIC , and other relevant bodies.
Regularly assess and monitor the effectiveness of treatments, using goal-based outcomes to ensure the best care for patients.
Actively contribute to the development of care pathways, treatment protocols, and other service improvements.
Participate in service development initiatives, including the integration of service user feedback and in-house training.
Provide specialist supervision, training, and consultation to colleagues, supporting the development of their practice through reflective groups and formulation meetings.
Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated care for young people and their families.
Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Accredited Family/Systemic Therapist qualification (e.g., UKCP, AFT, or equivalent).
CAMHS experience, particularly in the treatment of eating disorders.
Strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks, evidence-based practices, and outcome measurement in mental health.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable: Experience in working with children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
Familiarity with CQC, QNIC, and other regulatory frameworks.
Additional qualifications or training in relevant therapeutic modalities.
