This is a full-time role, initially offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent.
  Key Responsibilities : Provide practical and emotional support to families, guiding them through school and community resources.
Work with children, parents, and carers to assess and address family needs.
Collaborate with external agencies to ensure families receive necessary support.
Maintain records and contribute to safeguarding protocols.
Support families in building resilience and positive outcomes for children.
Qualifications and Experience : Previous experience in family support roles, ideally within a school setting.
Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and multi-agency work.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, compassionate approach.
