\n \n Job Responsibilities: \n \n Independently manage family law matters: divorce, financial settlements, children issues, cohabitation disputes, and domestic violence.
\n Take the lead in shaping and growing the family law department.
\n Conduct advocacy, legal research, and business development activities.
\n Assist the Director with specific tasks and high-value cases as needed.
\n \n \n Job Requirements: \n \n 2+ years PQE (or equivalent) with experience in managing privately funded family law caseloads.
\n Ambitious and commercially astute, with a flair for networking and business development.
\n Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
