Your new role Initially to provide support to the two partners with their caseload with a view to progressing to managing your own varied caseloadTake responsibility for managing your own time and work, including prioritising and being proactive where appropriateKeep up to date with changes in the lawStrong communication skills with team membersRecognition and commitment to the importance of meeting time and financial targetsActively engage with marketing and business development activityAppropriate IT competency and ability to commensurate with the roleWork and behave in a professional manner and to the highest standards of the professionComply with procedures set out in the office manual, professional standards and any requirement set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) What you'll need to succeed As a junior solicitor, you will have a strong understanding of family law matters with previous practical experience in a law firm.

Salary and level of experience is negotiable as the firm are willing to consider candidates who are still in their training contract or newly qualified up to 3 years PQE.
