Responsibilities include:Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and domestic abuse cases.Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated for.Conduct negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.Prepare and review legal documents, including court applications, agreements, and correspondence.Criteria:Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years' experienceDemonstrated experience handling a range of family law matters.Knowledge of relevant family law legislation and procedures.Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
