The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join a thriving practice.
The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:
Divorce and financial settlements.
Private child arrangements.
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Cohabitation agreements and disputes.
Domestic abuse cases.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of family law matters.
Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court applications.
Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court where necessary.
Developing and maintaining client relationships.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and best practices.
Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor with at least 2+ years of PQE in family law (essential).
Proven experience handling privately funded cases.
Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A client-focused mindset with the ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
