This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded team, handling a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters, and contributing to the continued success of the firm.
Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and children act matters.
Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated for.
Conduct negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
Attend court hearings and represent clients in family proceedings when necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services and maintain client satisfaction.
Criteria: Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 years or more post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
Demonstrated experience handling a range of family law matters independently.
Ideally strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Excellent knowledge of relevant family law legislation and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide empathetic support.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
