Be the first family fee earner in this Exeter branch Get things up and running and then build out a family sub team Inherit family law work already flowing into the firm Handle your own privately funded family law caseload This will include divorce and separation, child arrangements, financial disputes, cohabitation agreements & nuptial agreements Represent clients in family court proceedings, including financial remedy hearings, injunctive proceedings and child arrangement disputes Liaise with barristers and attend court on behalf of clients as needed Promote and facilitate mediation & collaborative law Build strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent client care, and maintaining a positive reputation for the firm What do you need?
To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive Ideally 3+ years experience handling your own family law caseload A willingness to get stuck in and contribute to marketing activities from time to time What next?
