About the Role:

We are currently working with a highly regarded practice in London, seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with panel membership to work in a supportive environment where professionalism, confidentiality, and client care are at the forefront of the practice.


Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic abuse.
Manage a caseload of family law cases with a strong focus on client confidentiality and professional integrity.
Draft legal documents, including divorce petitions, child arrangement orders, and financial consent orders.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, providing empathetic and clear legal guidance throughout the process.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of service and client care.
Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in family law.
Panel membership with the Law Society is essential.
Proven experience in handling a broad range of family law matters, including experience with legal aid cases (desirable).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, confidential advice in sensitive matters.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
A professional, discreet approach to client matters, ensuring the highest standard of care and confidentiality.
