The Firm:
A well-established regional law firm with offices across Surrey and Middlesex is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its team.
This position offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, managing a diverse range of family law cases and supporting clients through challenging times.
Role Overview:
The Family Solicitor will handle a varied caseload, including:
Divorce and separation matters Financial settlements and cohabitation disputes Private children issues, including residence and contact arrangements Domestic abuse cases Responsibilities: Providing clear and compassionate legal guidance to clients Building and maintaining strong client relationships Resolving disputes constructively, prioritizing the best interests of clients and children Managing cases effectively and ensuring compliance with legal standards Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
