Job Description The Family Partner will pick up a range of responsibilities including;
Working closely with the existing Family Solicitors across the UK officesEstablishing and growing a Family law team from Leeds.Taking responsibility for growing the client base Work closely with Partners in other teams and drive cross selling opportunities,Growing a team locally Promote the department and company's services through networking and business development activities. The Successful Applicant The successful Family Partner should have:
A background dealing with privately funded Family law Prior experience working as a PartnerA strong network of clients / contactsStrong leadership abilities and strategic planning skills.Exceptional communication and networking skills.The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to inspire and motivate others.
