The Role As a Family Paralegal specialising in childcare cases, you will work closely with our attorneys and clients to manage cases involving child welfare, custody disputes, and childcare arrangements.
You'll play a key role in ensuring every case is handled with precision, care, and a focus on achieving positive results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys in managing childcare and custody-related cases from start to finish.
Preparing legal documents such as petitions, motions, and affidavits.
Conducting legal research on childcare laws and regulations.
Supporting clients through case updates and ensuring their questions are answered.
Managing case files and tracking deadlines to ensure smooth case progression.
Liaising with courts, governmental agencies, and external parties.
Assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials, including organizing evidence and trial materials.
