Vacancy Description: Paralegal / Assistant – Family DepartmentLocation: Chester Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Family Law department or an education background including Family Law modules.Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.Job roleWorking within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:Arranging appointments and meetingsTelephone contact with clients and outside agenciesDiary managementDatabase workPrepare bundlesClient contactUse of CCMS would be an advantageOpportunity to progress for right candidateSkills RequiredExcellent communication and telephone skillsAbility to work independentlyUse of own initiativeGood time management skillsGood presentation and organisational skills Ability to work as part of a teamGood IT Skills Firm DetailsThe traditions and values, which first established this firm as an early pioneer of legal services continues to serve us well today.
