Factory Operative

On behalf of our Brandon client we are looking for FACTORY OPERATIVES to join their expanding team.

In this role you will be carrying out various duties throughout the day, and the environment is best described as a building site with a roof on.
You will be on your feet all throughout your shift, and the environment is dusty, so you will need a high level of stamina.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0600-1600 and the pay rate starts at £12.50 per hour.
There is opportunity to progress and the pay increases by £1.00 per hour for each training module completed (there are three so the opportunity is to increase your pay to £15.50 per hour).
There is optional overtime available.
