Job DescriptionFamily run, kitchen manufacturer offering up to £13ph for Production Operatives in their factory!
We are looking for talented and committed individuals to work as part of a team of production staff involved in the production of high-end bespoke kitchen cabinets. You will be working and training on several CNC machines, assembling cabinets, and adding cabinet furniture to make the finished items for dispatch.

Duration: This is a Temporary and Ongoing role, with opportunities for a permanent contract. If you're the right candidate, you could achieve a Permanent Contract!
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour to start. Pay increments are awarded through progression to more than £13.00 per hour, plus 28 holidays per year.
Working Hours: The start times for this role are between 06:00 and 08:00, with weekly hours averaging 40 hours. Overtime is available and optional.

Experience & QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role is preferable, but those that show commitment to learn and become a fundamental part of the team will be considered.
As this is a manufacturing role, there will be elements of heavy lifting and machinery operating; therefore, physicality and care will be needed.
