Factory Manager

About the Company - Our client, a leading company in their field, is seeking an experienced Glazing Factory Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead daily manufacturing operations and help deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities Production Management:
Implement manufacturing programs and labour plans as set out by the Production Planner.
Meet targets outlined in the Master Resource Planner.
Publish and manage short-term production plans to maximize efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Lead day-to-day factory operations, including communication with installation teams and fixers.
Allocate tasks and projects to factory personnel with clear instructions and timelines.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure robust QA audits at all stages of production.
Confirm all completed materials are inspected, signed off, and stored appropriately.
Safety and Maintenance:
Oversee daily machine safety checks, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Conduct safety audits every 3 months and ensure compliance with all factory safety procedures.
Materials and Dispatch:
Ensure required products and materials are available to meet project needs.
Manage dispatch operations with accurate records and best practices for transportation.
Qualifications - Proven experience in factory or manufacturing management.
