Facilities Technician

Facilities Technician, Aberdeen, Salary £33,000 to £35,000 per annum
+ Excellent Pension, Overtime Available
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off (9am-9pm)
An experienced Facilities Technician is required to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in Aberdeen.
The Facilities Technician will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.

Facilities Technician will receive:
Salary of £33,000- £35,000 per annum Excellent company pension scheme.

Facilities Technician daily duties include:
Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
