Facilities Technician

Handyman/Maintenance Technician, Aberdeen, Salary £33,000 to £35,000 per annum + Excellent Pension, Overtime Available Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off (9am-9pm) An experienced Handyman is required to join a leading FM company, based on a popular site in Aberdeen.
This person will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.

Handyman will receive: Salary of £33,000- £35,000 per annum Excellent company pension scheme.

Handyman daily duties include: Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
Carrying out routine checks on fire alarms/ air handling units etc.
Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
