Facilities Team Leader - Facilities Provider - Irvine - Salary up to £36,000  CBW have a new opportunity for a Facilities Team Leader to be based at a Static Site in Irvine.
This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for carrying out and controlling the day to day planned maintenance, reactive repair, minor project works and procurement of materials and contracted works within this site.
Hours of work:  40 hours per week 8.00am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.
Duties & Responsibilities :  Actively participate in the operation and control of all planned maintenance schemes in support of the business and contract needs.
Manage responses to any unplanned events in a timely fashion and in accordance with the SLA response and rectification time's thus ensuring minimal failures resulting in financial penalties and contractual service failure points.
Supervise, control planned and reactive electrical/ mechanical maintenance tasks, carry out small work and variation requests, and any other tasks deemed reasonable and within the capabilities of the individual at the request of the senior management team.
This will include but is not limited to, electrical systems, generators, emergency lighting.

Be competent to supervise/undertake/assists/work on the type of building service systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought.
Familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken.
The ability to pass a Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
