Facilities Team LeaderAyrshireNine Twenty are proud to be working with a well known and established drinks manufacturer to find a Facilities Team Leader to join their team in their Ayrshire-based Packaging plant.ResponsibilitiesBudgetary controlSeek cost savings opportunities and efficiencies in line with values and service levelsMonthly review Planned Preventative MaintenanceResolve day to day problems within a timely and cost-effective mannerEnsure that a programme of regular management compliance reports is completed accurately and comprehensively to ensure regulatory compliance.Compliance & Work Order ManagementOversee contractors onsite and build strong relationships with all Facilities contractors.Manage asset register management programme.Develop, maintain and ensure safe execution of all planned maintenance activities to best practice or local legislative standards.Assist with delivering Capital Projects throughout siteUpdating of work order system (AGILITY) with accurate notes and statuses through completion of works orders.Ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to by contractors and employeesRequirementsAbility to quickly develop trust and meaningful internal and external stakeholder relationships.Experienced in a similar role with proven track recordHighly refined communication skills to enable stakeholder management across all levels of the business.Highly process and compliance focussed with exceptional eye for detail.Ability to self - motivate and work to project timescales and demands of the business.Proficient problem solver who can see problems in the future and course correct to avoid them.A dogged determination to succeed – high levels of energy and "can do" attitude as an individual and as part of the Facilities team.Working knowledge of ATEX & CoMAH Regs
