Facilities Support Associate

We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Assistant to join our team at Hillingdon Manor School, part of Options Autism.
This role will see you working closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain the health and safety of our site, as well as implementing effective maintenance and repairs to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition.
Key responsibilities will include grounds maintenance, site safety and compliance, fleet management, and repairs and maintenance.
You will also be responsible for general housekeeping and ensuring our facilities are always clean and tidy.
We are looking for an individual with strong problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
You will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when working in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a full UK driver's licence and previous maintenance experience.
Good numeracy and literacy skills are also essential for this role.
