Job summary We currently have a vacancy within the Facilities Management Transport Team for a driver.
We are looking foran individual with previous driving experience preferably from within a Transport/Courier type role.
We operate a 5 day per week service Monday to Friday am to pm and as a vital member of the team you will be providing an efficient and professional service, collecting and delivering mail, medical records,medical devices, furniture and other ad hoc items as and when required.
A uniform will be provided.
A full clean driving license is essential and a good knowledge of Kent would be an advantage however full training and induction will be given to the successful candidate.

Main duties of the job As part of the Transport Team the post holder carries out all duties associated with the provision of an efficient and effective road transport service for the collection and delivery of internal mail including medical records, EME, Orthotics and other ad hoc items such as items of furniture and equipment as and when required.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Functional Skills at Level 2 (Literacy and numeracy/GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths) Understands role and function of post.
