Facilities Operations Officer

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of specialist laboratory test equipment, supplying cutting-edge solutions to the construction and geotechnical sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Operations Manager to take ownership of manufacturing operations within a successful and growing business.
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Strategic oversight of all manufacturing operations and production planning
Implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs
Management of quality assurance systems and British Standards compliance
Responsibility for company-wide Health & Safety compliance
Inventory control and resource optimization
NEBOSH/IOSH qualification essential
Technical capability to interpret mechanical assembly drawings
Higher-level qualification in a technical field preferred
Base salary £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
