Reporting to the General Manager - Facilities, the post holder will play a pivotal role in the setting the direction of the portering, linen, post & stores services within Facilities.
The postholder will have overall responsibility for the services, consisting of circa 100 people and over £2 million budget.Our ideal candidate would be an experienced front of house/people manager from industries such as Soft FM, Retail, Hospitality, Hotels or Warehousing.

Person Specification Knowledge and Experience Essential Knowledge of business analysis of performance information, and working within a range of targets.
Management experience at senior level minimum of 5 years Significant experience of budgetary management Desirable Knowledge of working in the NHS Qualifications Essential Educated to degree level or Level 6 or equivalent experience in a service industry Health and Safety IOSH Skills Essential Ability to gain co-operation from NHS staff at various levels of the organisation for the effective development of the service.
