Facilities Manager - Soft Services

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead and manage the Soft Services team within a hospital near Crawley.
This role is integral to ensuring that our hospital's soft service operations run smoothly and efficiently.This is a 6-month contract initially to be on a 6-month contract paid via the hospital's internal staff bank team.
The rate will be £27.49 PAYE which is equivalent to £36ph umbrella over a 37.5 hour working week.The Facilities Manager will oversee a dedicated team of supervisors who manage daily operations across various soft service areas, including:* Portering* Waste Management* Cleaning* HousekeepingQualifications:* Must have previous experience in a managerial position within an NHS Soft Services team.
* Ability to manage and mentor supervisors to maintain high standards and improve service quality.
