We are looking for a Facilities/Site Manager for our New Options Autism School – River Mill School in Stratford St, Mary, Suffolk.
Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)  37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday Permanent, 52 weeks UK applicants only.
This role does not offer sponsorship.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to solve problems independently, have high expectations and standards who will lead our facilities department, deliver training and ensuring our practice remains outstanding at all times.
There will need to be a high degree of accuracy working in accordance with the health and safety policies and procedures of the group.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with pupils in a calm and engaging demeanour, whilst being resilient and innovative.
The ability to contribute to the development of our new school is essential and we believe that energy, passion, and a commitment to high standards are key characteristics required.
We are looking for a special individual who can help inspire and engage the young people that we serve.

Responsibilities: Repairs and Maintenance General Housekeeping Grounds Maintenance Site Safety and Compliance Fleet Management Special Factors Essential:         Full UK driver's licence Previous Maintenance experience Good Numeracy and Literacy skills About us Our New Options Autism School will cater for pupils aged 5 to 11 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour primarily with a diagnosis of ASD.
The school will have capacity for 72 pupils and is due to open Easter 2025.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
