Key Responsibilities As an apprentice, you'll have a variety of learning opportunities, including: Assisting the Facilities Team in daily operations.
Conducting inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair activities.
Implementing and upholding health and safety protocols.
Learning the principles of people and team management.
Assisting in budget management for facilities operations.
Managing service contracts and liaising with external providers.
Monitoring contractor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
Driving process improvements.
Rotating through departments, including time with the Senior Account Manager, Helpdesk, Compliance, and Technical teams.
