Location: Sizewell C, Suffolk  site- based.
Employment type: Permanent full-time.
Employment basis: The role is expected to be a full- time position however we are open to discussing a more flexible or part- time approach where possible.
Salary:  60,000 -£65,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and other benefits.

Come and join our expanding Sizewell C (SZC) team and work on one of the most exciting and largest megaprojects in the UK, whilst being at the forefront of the UK's climate change agenda and energy policy.
Following on from the success of Hinkley Point C (HPC), the SZC Project is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk, which has obtained planning approval and Government financing support.
The project has started construction and is now seeking private investment.
When completed, it will provide dependable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, which along with renewables, will support Britain to achieve Net Zero by 2050.
We have a fantastic opportunity for the Facilities Management Delivery Lead at Sizewell C. Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices .
We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively.
The Role   The Site Operations Facilities Management (FM) Delivery Lead reports directly to the Site Operations Facilities Management Manager and is responsible for the day to day services and projects delivery and implementation, of a specific package of work.
Responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of a singular but substantial support service in accordance with all safety, quality time and cost parameters to meet the needs of the facilities team to support the construction project.
The FM Delivery Lead will provide technical input and advice for their scope of work – and will be involved in all stages of the procurement, planning, implementation and operation of their key contract area managing the FM Contract provider currently Dalkia.
The FM Delivery Lead will be responsible for supporting the developing, reviewing and amending policies and procedures that underpin strategy within their work area, and may also be called upon to help prepare detailed specifications, in support of the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities   Manage day to day the provision of a critical site support service to a construction workforce of circa 8,000.
Manage and be directly responsible for a specific facilities service contract.
Be accountable for ensuring all statutory, regulatory and site controls are complied with.
Ensure the contract partners team are fully competent to perform their assigned roles – and that any shortfalls are reported to the Service Manager without delay.
Develop and implement plans to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds the expectations and project work schedule.
Ensure early intervention to avoid any escalation of issues affecting service delivery by working in the spirit of a 'one team approach' .
Ensure effective relationships with their service contract partner and champion are delivered to the highest standards and aligned with company values.
The Skills Degree standard education in related subject and/or experience working in a major infrastructure project role in the UK, with relevant Facilities Management experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to develop relationships and maintain effective networks both internally and externally at all levels.
Experience of working with facilities services, managing contractors and contract arrangements.
Management or leadership experience in a service lead environment.
Experience of working in a high security environment.
Ability to deliver deadlines and projects in a dynamic  and fast-paced environment     Willingness to learn from both successes and failures.
Willing to work with our local supply chain partners in a cooperative way.
Desirable   Recognised and certificated 'Behavioural Safety Programme'.
Recent IOSH accreditation or equivalent.
