Manage financial and operational policies to ensure SPV efficiency and compliance.
Oversee health and safety monitoring regimes and statutory reporting.

To excel in this role, you'll bring:
A degree in construction/FM disciplines or senior-level experience in PFI projects.
Expertise in project finance, lifecycle planning, risk management, and contract compliance.
