Our client's diverse portfolio includes residential and commercial properties across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will manage an in-house team, including both field staff and office-based coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and high standards across all properties.
As Maintenance Manager, you will take ownership of:
Overseeing project work to maintain and refresh properties.
Supervising routine tasks, such as fire alarm checks.
Budget planning for reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance work.
The ideal candidate will excel at prioritizing regular tasks alongside urgent issues and be adept at using technology to manage workloads effectively.

Proactively manage the Maintenance Department and all associated staff.
Report to the Executive Director and board on departmental performance.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and legal requirements.
Build and maintain professional, customer-focused relationships with staff, clients, tenants, and the public.
Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimise maintenance costs.
Actively contribute to the Management Group and Health and Safety Group.
Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management.
Preferred experience in property or lettings management.

This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
