Here at Winner Recruitment, we are working with a leading Service Provider who are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our dynamic team and help deliver world-class facilities management solutions on 11 sites covering Worcester, Redditch, and Bromsgrove.
Responsibilities: As an Electrical Engineer you will work across 11 sites performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including generators, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms and AHUs You will also perform planned and reactive maintenance across general fabric repairs.
As an Electrical Engineer, you must ensure you are compliant with all safety and regulatory standards.
You will quote for ongoing work and upload these details onto the CAFM system As a Electrical engineer you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary Subcontractors to optimise facility performance.
You will provide technical support to an apprentice engineer Candidate: As a Facilities Engineer you must hold relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds Electrical installation & 17th Edition or Qualifications within AC It would be desirable for the candidate to have 2391 Test & Inspect The candidate must have strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
