Type: Full Time | Permanent Post Salary: £25,802 An exciting opportunity has arisen to advance your career in the leisure industry by joining My Clients fantastic central Cambridge team.
We are seeking dedicated individuals who hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and possess customer service experience Key Responsibilities: Work within the leisure centre gym and cover the front desk.
Assist in the pool area and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Gain experience in the operation of various sports facilities, including the sports hall and swimming pool.
Training and Development: Successful applicants will benefit from a comprehensive 2-year training program, which includes support in obtaining industry-recognised qualifications such as: Level 1 & 2 Swimming Teaching Qualifications Fitness Instructor Qualifications First Aid Qualifications Working Hours: This role is based on a 37.5-hour workweek, with annualised hours that include evenings and weekends on an alternating roster.
Some flexibility in scheduling is required.
