We're on a mission to give our colleagues an amazing work/life balance Job Title: Facilities Assistant Location: Hillingdon Manor School, Uxbridge Salary: £28,495.00 per annum Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent, 52 Weeks UK applicants only.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our close-knit team at Hillingdon Manor School, part of Options Autism.

The successful candidate will support the Facilities Manager in the maintenance and health and safety across our site and will work across two sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to solve problems independently, have high expectations and standards who will lead our facilities department, deliver training and ensuring our practice remains outstanding at all times.
There will need to be a high degree of accuracy working in accordance with the health and safety policies and procedures of the group.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children in a calm and engaging demeanour, whilst being resilient and innovative.
The ability to contribute to the development of our new school is essential and we believe that energy, passion, and a commitment to high standards are key characteristics required.
We are looking for a special individual who can help inspire and engage the young people that we serve.

Responsibilities: Repairs and Maintenance General Housekeeping Grounds Maintenance Site Safety and Compliance Fleet Management Special Factors Essential qualifications and skills: Full UK driver's license Previous Maintenance experience Good Numeracy and Literacy skills About us Hillingdon Manor provides specialist education for 185 pupils, aged between 3.5 and 19.
Our Secondary School supports around 125 pupils.
Our pupils are taught in smaller class sizes and all pupils work towards a variety of qualifications dependent on their needs and ability.
We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults.
