Our client, a high-performing Corporate Services team is looking for a is looking for a part-time Corporate Services Officer to join their Glasgow office on a 6-month contract, 3 days per week.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in administrative tasks and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a corporate setting.
Main responsibilities: Maintain and update records management systems, ensuring full compliance with procedures and providing a complete audit trail.
Handle daily photocopying, printing, binding, and distribution of post, record registered letters and manage scanned incoming mail logs.
Assist with court clerking duties and reconcile stamping fees.
Manage stock levels and collate files for archiving, liaising with fee earners as needed.
Process and upload digital media to OneDrive, ensuring appropriate access for solicitors and secretaries.
Book couriers, log bookings, and verify invoices against bookings.
Act as a liaison for internal customers and stakeholders, providing high-quality service and forwarding relevant communications to fee earners.
Offer additional administrative support to legal teams, including filing, post-organisation, and ad hoc tasks.
Required skills and competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands.
Initially, this role is offered on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate.
