Facilities Co-ordinator Role Profile
Reports to: Retail Support Manager
Location: Glasgow, office based
With a service oriented mind-set and the customer's best interest at heart, as a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada.
Do you enjoy being able to use your initiative to run projects and identify opportunities through new tasks?
Do you have a passion for helping out others?
Are you proficient in working with Microsoft Systems, more specifically Excel?
Are you open to change and happy to work in a flexible environment?

You will offer retail stores fast, consistent and high quality support
You will be responsible for managing that all master data in the system is up to date and accurate
You will optimize the product flow of the retail stores by checking up on the inventory levels
You will be responsible for ordering phone lines and PDQ machines
You will receive 30 days holiday (increasing to 32 by 2 years' service) to ensure you keep a healthy work-life balance and have lots of exciting plans in place to look forward to
