Eutopia Search are exclusively partnering with a leading technical services and energy business who has a commitment to putting their people first and building long term relationships with their clients.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced facilities professional to lead hard FM services for a multiple site portfolio within the healthcare sector across the northern home counties.
The key aspects of the role will include;
Overall management of a portfolio of c70 + sites for engineering, technical and building fabric facilities services and some specialist services.
Day to day responsibility of a budget of c7m Developing key stakeholder relationships across the sites which include in-patient, outpatient and office facilities Leading an large operational team across the account including a large team of mobile engineers, contract manager, and several support staff.
Overseeing sub-contracted and specialist services including fire, grounds, water hygeine and window cleaning Delivery of 24/7 helpdesk for the contract Management of all compliance and governance for the contract including HTM's Delivery of additional works and projects including minor and major project works Ensuring that all KPI/SLA targets are met on a monthly basis This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse and varied portfolio with a strong emphasis on compliance and governance across the estate.
A proven background in delivering M+E/technical facilities services is essential for the role, as is the ability to be based in Hertfordshire and to travel across the Northern home counties
Relevant engineering, building services and health and safety qualifications would be an advantage, and knowledge of working across a highly regulated sector such as healthcare, utilities or life sciences would also be a preference but not essential.
The salary range is £80,000 - £90,000 plus car allowance, bonus and other benefits
