Façade Manager (External Envelope) – Oxford - £70,000 + Package

We are working with an established National Contractor who are looking to add a Façade/Externals Manager to their Southern Business.
You will initially be based on a £100M Office New Build in Oxford managing the external envelope packages.
Responsibilities To be responsible for the delivery of the Façade package Responsible for day-to-day management and co-ordination of the relevant subcontractors, including ensuring design and program are carried out in line with quality standards.
To report progress and record progress against program deadlines To maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner.
To carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and façade To attend and chair meetings on site with relevant subcontractors, ensuring accurate records are taken and communicated with all relevant parties.

Respond to sub-contractor progress reports and Sub-contractors' Contractual correspondence.
Experience Experience in managing and delivering bespoke facades packages on new build projects of a similar scale.
Experienced in Fire, thermal and acoustic performance of cladding systems.
Experience with interfaces such as, Roofing, Curtain Walling, SFS, Facades
