Fabricator/Blacksmith

Whale Engineering are looking for a skilled Fabricator/Blacksmith to join our expanding team.
The RoleAs a Fabricator/Blacksmith, you will play a key role in fabricating and erecting balustrades, railings, gates, and other metalwork across our various sites in the central belt of Scotland.
You will also: Perform structural and architectural metalwork for residential and commercial clientsFabricate steel sections including cutting, drilling, grinding, and weldingWork from detailed engineering drawings to produce high-quality resultsUndertake site surveys and assist with installationsWork HoursMonday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pmFriday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pmOvertime available as requiredRequirementsValid CSCS cardClean driving licenceProficient in MIG and ARC weldingStrong attention to detail and high standards of workmanshipAbility to work from engineering drawings and collaborate within a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive pay for the right candidateOpportunities for growth within a highly experienced teamExposure to varied projects across residential and commercial sectorsThis role would suit a dedicated, detail-oriented Fabricator/Blacksmith who takes pride in their work and can uphold the high standards of craftsmanship that Whale Engineering is known for.
