Fabrication Production Manager

Recra are working in partnership with an established manufacturer who are seeking a Production Manager to join their team in Coventry.
You would be responsible for; The whole production department and leading a team effectively The planning and assembly department  Procurement Stock control and budgets  Overseeing the responsibilities for Supply Chain, Quality and Planning.
Drive an attitude of continuous improvement activities within the business.  Consider profit and losses whilst driving continuous improvement.
Experience needed; Ideally from a production management background   Workshop or Fabrication background ideally.
