We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to lead a team of 10 within a busy steel fabrication environment.

This Fabrication Manager job will suit: Experience working within the steel fabrication sector.
Proven Man Management / Supervisory experience, alongside a track record of improving processes across fabrication.
Health & Safety / Quality driven to ensure products are manufactured to a high standard.
Organised and a natural problem solver.

The Fabrication Manager job will involve: Managing the fabrication processes ensuring products are delivered to specification and standards.
Man management of the team, supporting development / training where required.
Introducing new processes to help improve efficiency within the fabrication team.
Ensuring quality remains high and health & safety procedures are adhered to.
Working with necessary IT packages to manage work flow / oversee fabrication tasks e.g Nesting (using Lantek).
This job is commutable from Coalville, Leicester, Ashby, Derby, Castle Donington, Nuneaton.
