CBW is currently looking for a Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial building.
The successful candidate will be experienced working as a Fabric engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out fabric maintenance duties and any other requested tasks on site.
Duties & Responsibilities: Plumbing – washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC) Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture Tiling – floors, walls and Carpet tiles Painting & Decorating Plastering  Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Hours of work / Rate / contract details Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Starting 9th September  £19p/h - ( paid via umbrella ) Parking on site Requirements Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer Fabric qualified - Plumbing, Carpentry ( C&G, NVQ ) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Good communication skills Client Facing Immediately available or able to start at short notice   If you are interested please email your CV to ****** or contact to Cammie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
