As the Extra Care Registered Manager , youll lead and manage high-quality care services across two locations in the beautiful New Forest.
Your role will involve ensuring that our customers receive top-notch care while supporting their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across both sites, ensuring exceptional care delivery within budget.
Provide strong leadership to your team, helping them excel in their roles.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory care standards.
About You: Were looking for someone with: Experience in leading social care teams and delivering excellent services.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset.
A passion for making a positive impact in the care sector.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
