Job description Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician Location: Brentwood Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Basic salary from £26,500k per annum Reporting To: Team Leader The Role Working as a Exterior Maintenance Technician , you will travel between sites in the company van ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.

Your main duties will include: Grass cutting and strimming Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting Weed maintenance Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment Complete all digital records required through smart phone application Liaising with customers Autumn clearing Spring preparation Mowing Heavy lifting will be required Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Full UK drivers licence Garden maintenance experience is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work as part of a team Plant knowledge would be advantageous Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential As part of your role, you will be required to; Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation.
