Expert Educational Psychologist

About the Role The ideal candidate will be an Educational Psychologist with a master's or doctoral professional qualification and HCPC registration.
They will need to be creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
The role involves providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools, offering guidance for education teams, and communicating with families/ carers and specialist agencies.
The successful candidate will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.
Key Responsibilities Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools Offer guidance for education teams Supervise agreed members of the clinical team Communicate with families/ carers and specialist agencies Engage in professional development training for all staff Requirements A doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology Registered with the HCPC Creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils Able to work as part of a team and be self-reliant
