Job Title: Expert Accountant for Global Financial Operations We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our team at our Business Centre in Bradford.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial processing services, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex and challenging tasks within the team, including invoice processing, month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with SOx and audit requirements.
You will also be expected to identify and deliver process improvements, work collaboratively with the IT team and business stakeholders, and manage the team in the absence of the Accounts Payable Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a dynamic, fast-paced international Purchase to Pay function, with excellent attention to detail, self-review skills, and a right-first-time mentality.
They will also be able to work to tight timelines, meet targets without compromising on quality, and be flexible, adaptable, and keen to learn new skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to resolve high-profile queries effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders.
