Job Title: Experienced Social Worker – Child safeguarding TeamLocation: SwindonRate: Up to £45 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Child Safeguarding team in Swindon.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will manage a caseload, including high-risk cases related to child protection, care and support, deprivation of liberty, court actions, and school attendance.
You will support at-risk adults and children, and their families.
Your duties include assessments, care planning, and coordinating external support within budget.
You will collaborate with various services, adapt social work techniques to individual needs, and ensure plans are evidence-based and regularly reviewed.
You will safeguard the welfare of at-risk individuals, make decisions in their best interest, and respond to immediate cases as part of a duty system.

Additionally, you should have a full UK driving licence and a Social Work qualification at degree level or equivalent.
