Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Sales Manager and Trainer at Accquis Group in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom.
The role involves day-to-day tasks such as leading sales teams, training new hires, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role will require you to run a mew office with a team of 14 people you will assit in recruiting.
Qualifications Sales Management, Training, and Team Leadership skills Lead the setup of a new Head Office for Sales and Marketing of Group in Insurance and Banking Experience in developing sales strategies and managing client relationships Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in depth knowledge of Salesforce and current thinking in sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in the HR, Marketing, Finance, or IT sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Businessv Administration or related field
